The HMEPS office is located in downtown Houston at 1201 Louisiana, Ste. 900, Houston, Texas 77002.  If you wish to visit the HMEPS office to discuss a matter in person, please make an appointment in advance so that your meeting can proceed timely and efficiently.  A map of HMEPS's location appears to the right.

 

Validated parking is available in the Regency Parking Garage across the street one block down from the Total building.  Additional parking is also available on the lot behind the Total Building where HMEPS is located, and at surface lots on Bagby, in the Allen Center garage facility, and the Brazos Street garage facility.

From I-45 North of Downtown

 

From I-45 going south take the McKinney St. exit, Exit 47C, on the left.  Continue on McKinney St.  Turn right onto Smith St. and then take a left on Clay street.  The Regency Parking Garage will be on your left side.  Once you exit the parking garage the HMEPS office is in the Total Plaza building at the intersection of Louisiana and Dallas. Limited paid parking also is available on the surface lot behind the Total Plaza building.  After exiting onto McKinney St., continue until Milam.  Take a right on Milam and continue past Dallas.  The parking entrance is on the right behind the Total Plaza building.

 

 

From I-45 South of Downtown Locations

 

From I-45 going north, take Exit 45 toward Scott St.  Keep left at the fork and follow signs for St. Joseph Parkway/Pease St. Keep right at the fork to continue on Pease street.  Take a right at Louisiana and then take a left at Polk St.  Take a left at Smith street and then a left at Clay street.  The Regency Parking Garage will be on your left side.  Once you exit the parking garage the HMEPS office is in the Total Plaza building at the intersection of Louisiana and Dallas. Limited paid parking also is available on the surface lot behind the Total Plaza building.  From Pease Street, take a right at Travis and then take a left at Lamar.  Go one block and take a left at Milam.  Continue on Milam past Dallas.  The parking entrance is on the right behind the Total Plaza building.
